You certainly helped me find the humor already just by sharing the situation that helped you fully experience your capability to laugh at your anger. A great way to start the week. My niece Gemma arrives tomorrow for five days. She is the queen of seeking humor, I'm in good hands for this week's lesson.
What I saw: a situation exaggerated helps us move beyond the 'fixed' attention/reaction to where often humor waits with soft hands to catch us when we fall and lift us back up.
